Personal Data Notice (KVKK)

This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") to visitors of cometoguide.com. The legally binding version is the Turkish text.

• Transaction security data: IP address, access date/time, pages visited, browser and device information (server logs).
• Request data: name, email address and message content if you contact us by email.

3. Purposes

Operating the Site, information security and abuse prevention, troubleshooting and improvement, answering enquiries and complying with legal obligations.

4. Legal grounds and collection

Data is collected automatically by the server when you visit and electronically when you email us, based on KVKK Art. 5(2)(c), (ç) and (f).

5. Transfers

As the data controller is established in the United Kingdom, data collected through the Site is processed in the UK and in the country where our hosting provider is located, in line with KVKK Art. 9. Data may also be shared with our hosting and infrastructure providers to the extent necessary, and with competent authorities where legally required. Service providers abroad that your browser connects to directly (maps, fonts, content delivery) may receive your IP address; such transfers are carried out in line with KVKK Art. 9.

6. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You may learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and recipients, request correction or deletion, request that third parties be notified, object to automated decisions against you, and claim compensation for unlawful processing.
