Where to Stay in Delhi

Delhi is a sprawling megacity where the airport sits at the southwestern edge and most visitor areas cluster around the central Connaught Place–New Delhi Railway Station axis or along the metro lines. First-time sightseers usually do best in central or Old Delhi areas with direct metro access, while returning visitors might trade centrality for calmer or more characterful pockets. Aerocity is the obvious choice for short stays, early flights or business trips because it is one stop from Terminal 3 on the Airport Express.
